Shipping and handling
Catalogues are free of charge for the UK. Postage and packing is free
of charge on orders over £75. Under £75 there is a charge of
£3.95. For Europe and the rest of the world we will email you the
postage to confirm before we despatch your order.
Delivery times
Most items are kept in stock and will despatched within a few days of
your order. We will let you know if there will be a delay, please ensure
that you leave a valid phone number and email address so we can contact
you.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can pay
by cheque or postal order to be sent with your order made payable to LITTLE
ECO WARRIORS. Please print your name and address on the back of cheque/
postal order. We will wait until cheque has cleared before despatch. For
orders outside the UK payment can only be accepted by credit card. If paying
by card your payment will be processed online by PayPal secure payments,
You do not need a PayPal account to be able to pay using PayPal.
Returns/ exchanges money back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any delivered item you can return
it within 14 days (unused, unwashed, unworn) for exchange or refund. The
customer is entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Protection
(Distance selling) Regulations 2000. We will not refund postage unless item
is faulty or a mistake on our part. If you wish to return an item please
contact us first, preferably via email. Please wrap your goods securely
and obtain a proof of postage certificate from post office. This is your
proof that you have returned the item to us and will be required in the
event of a loss resulting in a claim. We will not be able to refund/replace
items if they fail to reach us. Little Eco Warriors cannot accept responsibility
for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. This does not affect
your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.
